Standard shipping rates only apply to the shipments within the continental
United States or Canada. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and foreign
countries,
please contact us for a freight quote. All orders from the United States will be shipped UPS ground
or US Mail, and
will be delivered in 3 – 5 business days.
Canadian orders are shipped Global Priority mail. Shipments to Canada will normally take a couple extra days due to customs delays, however we have seen packages take up to 3 weeks to deliver due to delays from the Postal Service and customs. Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties or tariffs that are due on delivery. All we can do is ship the package in a timely manner, we can't control how long it takes to deliver. We may however have to contact a customer to collect an additional shipping and handling fee if an order is excessively large, heavy, or shipping a long distance (does not happen often and the customer has the right to cancel the order if they do not wish to pay additional shipping charges).
