Safety Warning!
Only experienced individuals should repair, service, or install garage doors and electric door openers, as they can be very dangerous. Garage door springs, cables, and other hardware attached to the springs are under very high tension and, if handled improperly, can cause serious injury. Only a qualified professional or a mechanically experienced person carefully following the manufacturer's instructions should replace or install springs or cables. Damage to property can occur if not using the correct tools and without following proper procedures. Never attempt to weld a broken spring. Extension springs should always have safety cables installed to help contain them when they break. Garage door openers must have all safety features in working order, installed and adjusted to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
Warranty Policy
Ontario Supply warranties all parts to be free of manufacturer’s defects for a period of 30 days. There is no warranty on electronic or electrical parts.  Under no circumstances do we warranty parts for "wear and tear".  For example, if a gear kit only lasts for a few weeks, it was not properly installed and we will not replace it. 
 
Return Policy
Ontario Supply offers a 14 day Return Policy, except for electronic or electrical parts which are not returnable.  Special Order parts are also not returnable.  You may return or exchange an item (excluding any shipping charges) within a period of fourteen (14) days according to the following guidelines: All returned merchandise must be clean and in an unused condition (no modifications of any kind). All merchandise must be returned in original manufacturers packaging with all supplied accessories, and documentation. Any manufacturers warranty cards and paperwork must be blank. All returns must be double boxed (manufacturer's box inside a shipping box) and accompanied by an Ontario Supply Authorization (RA) number. Please contact our customer service department for your RA number before sending the merchandise back.  Make sure to insure the package as Ontario Supply cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.  Returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Pricing:
We do our best to provide the most accurate, up-to-date information, but errors do occur and we reserve the right to make changes without notice. If you have ordered a product that is subject to a price increase, we will hold your order and inform you of the increase.  The customer will have the option of canceling the order for a full refund.
Payment
Offers good only in the United States. Foreign Customers please contact us for a price and shipping quote. Ontario Supply accepts Payments from PayPal accounts, and most major credit cards (through PayPal *), including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  We also accept personal checks, money orders, and cashier's checks (click here for details).  All credit card orders are subject to credit verification and approval.  For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification.  PayPal policies may also apply.

*PayPal: PayPal is a free service that allows individuals and businesses to offer a secure, inexpensive (free to buyers) and reliable method to accept credit cards.  You do not need a PayPal account to make a credit card purchase.  Just follow the prompts in the shopping cart to make your purchase.  Look for this information in the bottom left of the checkout page:

Sales Tax
Customer is responsible for all applicable Sales Tax.  For NY State residents we will add 8%.
Shipping
Standard shipping rates only apply to the shipments within the continental United States or Canada ad noted.  Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and foreign countries, please contact us for a freight quote.  All orders will be shipped UPS ground or US Mail, and will be delivered in 3 – 5 business days.  Canadian orders are shipped Global Priority mail  (shipments to Canada will take a couple extra days due to customs delays).  Terms are FOB our dock.

** Note:  Our intention is to limit the maximum shipping and handling charge.  We may however have to contact a customer to collect an additional shipping and handling fee if an order is excessively large, heavy, or shipping a long distance  (does not happen often and the customer has the right to cancel the order if they do not wish to pay additional shipping charges).  It is very difficult to normalize freight for all circumstances.

 

Back Orders
Our goal is to have every item on our website in stock.  If we do "run short" and have to back order an item, we will notify the customer as soon as possible.  The customer may cancel the order and receive a full refund for the item, or we will ship the item as soon as possible.
