Garage door springs, cables, and other hardware attached to the springs are under very high tension and, if handled improperly, can cause serious injury. Only a qualified professional or a mechanically experienced person carefully following the manufacturer's instructions should replace or install springs or cables. Damage to property can occur if not using the correct tools and without following proper procedures. Never attempt to weld a broken spring. Extension springs should always have safety cables installed to help contain them when they break. | Warranty Policy | ||||||||||||||||
| Ontario Supply warranties all parts to be free of manufacturer’s
defects for a period of 30 days. There is no warranty on electronic or
electrical parts. Under no circumstances
do we warranty parts for "wear and tear". For example, if a gear kit only
lasts for a few weeks, it was not properly installed and we will not replace
it. |

Ontario Supply offers a 14 day Return Policy, except for electronic or
electrical parts which are not returnable. Special Order parts are
also not returnable. You may return or exchange an
item (excluding any shipping charges) within a period of fourteen (14) days
according to the following guidelines: All returned merchandise must be clean
and in an unused condition (no modifications of any kind). All merchandise must
be returned in original manufacturers packaging with all supplied accessories,
and documentation. Any manufacturers warranty cards and paperwork must be blank.
All returns must be double boxed (manufacturer's box inside a shipping box) and
accompanied by an Ontario Supply Authorization (RA) number. Please contact our
customer service department for your RA number before sending the merchandise
back. Make sure to insure the package
as Ontario Supply cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. Returned
merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee.

please contact us for a freight quote. All orders from the United States will be shipped UPS ground
or US Mail, and
will be delivered in 3 – 5 business days.
Canadian orders are shipped Global Priority mail. Shipments to Canada will normally take a couple extra days due to customs delays, however we have seen packages take up to 3 weeks to deliver due to delays from the Postal Service and customs. Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties or tariffs that are due on delivery. All we can do is ship the package in a timely manner, we can't control how long it takes to deliver.
